Refund policy

At Mind Glow Tee, every product is made to order specifically for each customer. Because of the custom nature of print-on-demand products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for customer mistakes or changes of mind.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:

• Incorrect size selected by the customer

• Ordering the wrong color, style, or product variant

• Buyer's remorse (change of mind)

• Accidental purchases

• Minor variations in color caused by screen settings

• Shipping delays caused by carriers

We will gladly provide a replacement or refund if:

• The item arrives damaged

• The item is defective

• The wrong item was sent

• The product has a manufacturing error

To request a refund or replacement, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

When contacting us, please include:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photos showing the problem (if applicable)
